Girl's Layered Roses Skirt

Girl's skirt, handmade from beautiful light weight sage green cotton covered with roses. It has an integral underskirt made from very soft lightwieght cotton in a deeper green colour which is just a bit longer than the top layer, so that it shows at the hem. the waist is simple, slim elastic making it a very comfy wear and easy enough to play in on hot days.
 
The waist is 24 inches unstretched and will easily stretch more.  The length from the waistband to hem is 21 inches.
