Indoor Wall Mount Clothing Line

Charming vintage American indoor clothing line in metal wall mount holder. The clothing line is made of cotton. The winder on the side is metal and has a red wooden grip. There are small "cut-outs" so that you can insert a little "tooth" on the winder into the cut-out to "lock it" into place.

These little washing lines were often painted and decorated to make them more decorative in the home. This one was painted a sunny yellow and a floral decal added to the top which has wear and fading.  It is approximately 5.5 inches high and is in good working order. These are very rare this side of the pond!
