Puppy in a Basket Fair prize

Charming vintage fair ground prize; a little older than the other we currently have listed- probably dating to the 1940's. This is chalk ware in the design of a puppy dog in a basket with a red ribbon saying "Home Sweet Home". This is quite large measuring 12 inches high (approx 31 cm) and 7.6 inches wide (approx 20 cm)  at the widest point cross the basket and bow. 

The prize winner would have  their very own little pup in basket to take home! This has a few nibbles and bits of missing paint but but it remains an endearing and unusual item. This would suit an eclectic or vintage  interior or a child's room. Why not purchase both and have the most wonderful pair of bookends!
